I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Currently, I am offering a 14 day money back guarantee. Once the piece is delivered you have 14 days to contact me with your concerns and ship the piece back to me, unworn and in its original condition. If you have any problems or concerns about your purchase, please contact me to give me a chance to take care of it.

If you choose to return your purchase, the item must be in original sale condition, unworn, and shipped in original (or comparable) packaging with original invoice.

The item must be postmarked within 14 days of shipping date. Please let me know that you have shipped it back.

Upon return, I will issue you a refund for the invoiced purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Policy applys only to Artwork Prints and JeweIry pieces. Due to the nature of original artwork (glass, framing etc...) I cannot accept returns on Original Paintings. I pack and insure each original work. If it is damaged in shipping insurance will pay for the piece.

I hold everyone's level of privacy as a very important priority. I do not sell, give away or handout any personal information or E-mail addresses to Joe Bob or any other. I use customer provided phone numbers only to return a call, or to contact you in the event of a problem or question requiring clarification with your order. This is rare, but tends to involve Express orders, by nature time-sensitive. We may sometimes contact you to ask for an address confirmation if the Post Office labeling system outright rejects an address.
